Patience pays off.

We did a rapid assessment when she walked in carrying an armful of tasteful suits. Brenda used her friendly charm to dig out more than her name and telephone number. We liked what we heard. The following week the customer collected her suits.

Brenda handed over the poly-bagged items, and casually mentioned the USB stick in the “Found-in-Pocket” envelope she’d pinned to her dry cleaning.

Five months later we received our first instalment for unlocking S. Birkmann QC's computer.

As always, the time lag virus included top level security. Nothing could be traced back to us.
